Taro Isshiki gave a lecture on "Current Status of U.S. Patent Protection: Measures against Patent Trolls and Their Impact" at the 17th meeting of the Patent System Subcommittee of the Intellectual Property Rights Committee of the Industrial Structure Council of the Japanese government.
