Yukako Wagatsuma handles corporate, M&A and intellectual property-related matters. She represents both Japanese and foreign companies in cross-border M&A, strategic business alliance and joint venture projects. She has particularly deep experience in the pharmaceuticals and medical device industries. She also has extensive experience in domestic and international corporate reorganization projects.
After working as a partner at leading Japanese and U.S. law firms as well as at PwC Legal Japan, she joined Isshiki & Partners as a partner in July 2022.
