An article authored by David J. Kappos (former director of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office) titled "Seeking Balance: Promising Developments in U.S. Patent Litigation Reform" was published in the July 2015 edition of the A.I.P.P.I Journal. Taro Isshiki worked with Mr. Kappos in publishing the Japanese version of the article.
